This is reflexology as it should be: unhurried, intuitive and completely tailored to you.

Using precise pressure techniques applied to the feet, your treatment works with your body's own reflexes to release tension, restore balance and encourage deep relaxation. No two treatments are ever the same because no two people, or two days, are ever the same.

Whether you're carrying stress, struggling with sleep, feeling hormonally out of balance or simply running on empty, your session will be adapted to what your body needs most.

It's an hour to switch off, be looked after and let your body do what it's naturally designed to do - heal and rebalance.

Reflexology appointments are available for both women and men. Male appointments are offered on Fridays at The Healing Space in Lymm.

Every treatment begins with a short consultation, and most clients return every 3–4 weeks as part of their regular wellbeing routine.

My Deep Relaxation Massage uses long, flowing massage movements designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and help you completely switch off. Your treatment can incorporate deeper tissue work to target areas of muscular tension or be gentler, soothing and deeply relaxing, depending on what your body needs on the day.

Aromatherapy oils are incorporated into your treatment to enhance the sensory experience and support a deeper sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

A 60-minute treatment is ideal for regular wellbeing maintenance, full-body relaxation or focusing on specific areas of tension.

60-minute Thai Fusion Massage

My new Thai Fusion Massage combines traditional Thai-inspired techniques with flowing oil-based massage strokes. Your treatment is partly performed using dry techniques, including gentle assisted stretching, compression and movement, and partly using massage oils for smooth, flowing strokes to ease muscular tension.

This combination is designed to improve flexibility, release tightness and restore a greater sense of ease and movement throughout the body.

As there are so many elements to Thai Fusion Massage, this 60-minute treatment is more of an introduction to this style of massage than a full 90-minute treatment. Once you try it you will love it!

This combination is designed to improve flexibility, release tightness and restore a greater sense of ease and movement throughout the body.

With 90 minutes, there's plenty of time to incorporate the full range of Thai Fusion techniques and work more comprehensively across the body, allowing you to experience the treatment as it was designed.

I recently visited Dawn in her new clinic room in Lymm which was calm and relaxing. Dawns assessment meant she could focus on areas of concern. As the session went on, I could feel the tension I had been holding on to reducing. If you were considering reflexology, Dawn is great at talking you though what would work in order to treat the areas of concern. I definitely rate Dawn and her practice
